How much is the cost of the online courses?

Accepted Answer

The courses are charged at 5,000 Myanmar Kyats per one hour of learning. So, for a course that will take 3 hours in total to complete, it would be 15,000 Myanmar Kyats, and for a course that will take 4 hours in total to complete, it would be 20,000 Myanmar Kyats.

How to I pay for the courses I registered?

You can call our office assistant at 09960989551 and she will explain how you can pay for the courses. We accept bank transfers to either of our CB Bank, KBZ Bank, or AYA Bank accounts. We also accept Wave Pay. If you happen to have PayPal, you can pay the USD equivalent of the fees at https://www.paypal.me/CittaMM.(https://www.paypal.me/CittaMM) Please type your name and the note that the payment is for online courses when you send by bank transfers or Wave Pay so we know which credit entry to look at on our end.

What if I get very confused or have hard time learning from the online course?

Khitthit Academy is dedicated to your learning, which means we want you to succeed in understanding the knowledge and skills shared in our lessons. We have several ways of supporting you, such as providing an in-person tutor (learning facilitator) and responsive instructors who do reply to messages within the course discussion forums, and through emails. If you cannot meet our tutor in-person because you do not live in Yangon or Mandalay, our tutors can arrange a phone or video call with you. You can always call our office at 09960989551 to arrange a meeting with our tutors to help you. How do I use Canvas by Instructure for my online courses?

We have created two videos for you to show you how to accept the course invitation that you receive in email after you registered and paid for the course, and how to move through the course pages on Canvas. The videos are available on Classroom (javascript:void(0))page on this website. We would have also sent you an email with these videos in our welcome email every time you register for courses. If you still don't know how to use Canvas, you can always call our office at 09960989551 to ask, or to arrange a meeting with our tutors to help you.
