We make it accessible for people to learn about applied psychology and wellness
Khitthit means new generation in Burmese language. With high quality education and training, Khitthit Academy empowers a new generation of skilled professionals and common people to address and respond to the needs of their own and of their society, and be the waves of change. Khitthit Academy is an educational initiative by Citta Consultancy.

Khitthit Academy offers professional development continuing education and vocational training courses in applied psychology, counseling, psychosocial support, and mental health. It also provides personal development, psychosocial self-care, and community wellness education courses. Courses are presented online with facilitated learning support at our locations in Yangon and Mandalay, Myanmar.
Su Su Maung
Su Su Maung, M.A. (Counseling Psychology), is the CEO of Citta Consultancy and Education Director for Khitthit Academy. She is a licensed psychotherapist with a Specialized Certificate in Online Teaching. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education.
Myint Myint Khine
Myint Myint Khine, B.A. (Journalism), is our Wellness Counselor and Learning Support Facilitator. She has completed Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology at Myanmar Clinical Psychology Consortium and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology.
May Zaw Naing
May Zaw Naing is our Wellness Program Director and Instructor. She is a current candidate at thesis phase for Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology, an MBBS degree, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Ethics.
Nang Kyi Pyar Maw
Nang Kyi Pyar Maw, B.Pharm (Pharmacy), is our Wellness Counselor and Learning Support Facilitator. She currently also serves as a Freelance Metabolic Health Consultant. She has a certificate in Life Coaching and a certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Coaches. She also received certificates from Youth Development Program.
Soe Paing Hein
Soe Paing Hein is our Counseling Psychologist Associate and Instructor. He is a current candidate at thesis phase for Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology, a Certificate in mhGAP, and an MBBS degree with Diploma in Family Medicine.
Shwe Yee Zaw
Shwe Yee Zaw, B.A. (Philosophy), is our Wellness Counselor and Learning Support Facilitator. She has a couple of certificates and a Diploma in Human Resource Management. She had also studied in the diploma program in Applied Psychology.
OUR APPROACH
Online course content on Khittiht Academy site are developed with quality pedagogy in mind and designed to be user-friendly and interactive. Khitthit Academy uses Canvas by Instructure learning management system for our course platform. Using the concept of Flipped Classrooms, and creating an adaptation to the eLearning approach, Khitthit Academy provides facilitated learning support to learners as an enhancement to the online learning experience.

Except for PDF versions of Handbook/Tool Kits and consultations with Instructors, which can be done not only in-person at our location, but also via phone and online communication, all other learning support are provided in person at our locations in Yangon and Mandalay.
